We have received word that our hosting provider may have gotten breached and sensitive environment variables may have been exposed.

There is no evidence that any of Escape Director secrets have been used outside of our authorized applications. We are taking precautions to continue to provide the best services and best protect our customers.

We are revoking and reissuing all environment variables. This will unfortunately sign users out of all of their existing sessions. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Update - security maintenance complete. As a precaution after our hosting provider’s security incident, we’ve replaced all of our service credentials. You’ll need to sign in again. If you use a Room Station, reload the page and click Update when prompted so offline mode keeps working.
